ICL Services Reinforces its Status as a High Social Performance Company
ICL Services won the Republican stage of the 2018 Russia-wide competition, Russian Organisation of High Social Performance.
ICL Services won the Republican stage of the 2018 Russia-wide competition, Russian Organisation of High Social Performance. The company became the winner in the category Job Creation and Development in Non-productive Organisations. The outcomes of the competition were summarised by the Ministry of Labour, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
ICL Services got high ratings from the Commission in the areas such as employee wages, job creation and enhancement, employment benefits, the utilisation of HR potential. Employees say they highly appreciate benefits the company offers, including medical insurance, residential lease, free training, interest-free cash loans, meal discounts, etc.
«This year, different units throughout our company have hired about 600 new employees. Our capacity has added a total of about 300 people. The company lives and develops», says ICL Services Director Sergey Solovyev. «We offer our experts a variety of interesting IT service projects both in the Russian market and internationally, where they can work and develop their technical and managerial competences.»
The winners will be announced on 19 December, the awarding ceremony will be attended by Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan. As a result of the competition, ICL Services will be nominated for the participation in the Russia-wide stage, which is to culminate in March 2019.
