In 1974 he graduated from the Kazan Aviation Institute with a degree in electronic computing machines and began his professional career at the Kazan Electronic Computers Plant. A service engineer in the beginning, he went to become a shop supervisor. In 1988 and 1990, he successfully completed training courses for directors at the USSR Academy of Foreign Trade and at the Duke University Business School, USA. With the direct participation of Viktor Vasilyevich, in 1991, ICL-KPO VS (later — the ICL Group), a joint venture of the Kazan Production Association of Computing Systems (KPO VS) and the British company International Computers Limited (ICL), was founded.
Achievement: establishing ICL-KPO VS as one of the leaders in the Russian IT market.
Awards: For his work achievements, Viktor Dyachkov was awarded the Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan, the republican medals “For Valiant Labor” and “In Memory of the 1000th Anniversary of Kazan”, as well as many diplomas.

Viktor has come a long way in the company. A large number of international projects have been successfully implemented with his participation and under his leadership. In 2014 Viktor became head of the department for workplace infrastructure, and in 2017 he was appointed regional director for Russia and the CIS.
Since 2020, his function in the company is International Business Development Director.
