Finnish Building Concern adjusted IT-support of Russian offices in accordance with the standards applied in other countries, namely, a single partner provided the first and second support line for customers in all countries, where the company operated. There were no single contact point and dedicated first line for receiving of calls and handling of applications in Russia. ICL Services proposed implementation of remote Service Desk and optimization of IT-support cost.
The project was commissioned by a Russian financial institution, when its IT Department planned to upgrade the organisation's server hardware and find a contractor that would be able to provide maintenance and support for the vendor's equipment. This job has been taken on by ICL Services.
