They conduct working sessions with key company representatives and evaluate the company's current level of AI maturity. The experts and the company then jointly identify potential AI use cases. The diagnostic process takes 2-3 weeks and does not involve a lengthy audit of all departments and business processes.

Based on the results, participants gain a clear understanding of where AI implementation can have the greatest impact, along with a prioritized list of promising initiatives, an independent expert assessment of the current level of AI maturity, and recommendations for next steps. For companies that have already identified areas for applying artificial intelligence, ICL Services also offers free assistance in developing an AI transformation strategy and roadmap, including a cost estimate.

Free express assessments of business readiness for AI adoption are available through September 30. The offer is aimed at medium-sized and large companies, state-owned corporations, and public-sector organizations with highly complex IT infrastructures.
