For example, after a global IT provider exited the market, the ICL Services team quickly took over IT infrastructure support for the Russian and Belarusian operations of a multinational biopharmaceutical company, ensuring a seamless transition of services without any decline in service quality.

Proprietary Technologies – Responding to Market Demand

Over the past few years, ICL Services has successfully brought a number of its own products to market. Many of these solutions were developed in response to real customer needs and represent a natural extension of the company's many years of service expertise.

Today, ICL Services is developing its own Information Security Expertise Center, whose specialists deliver comprehensive IT infrastructure protection projects, including information security audits, penetration testing, the deployment of modern security solutions, and the establishment of Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for monitoring and responding to cyber incidents. In addition, the company's experts help customers comply with Russian cybersecurity legislation.

Among the completed projects is the development of an information security system for the Russian operations of a major Austrian manufacturer of wood-based materials for renovation, construction, and furniture production. ICL Services specialists localized information security services, implemented an Attack Surface Management system, configured Kaspersky solutions, and organized round-the-clock infrastructure monitoring through their own SOC. The customer also receives regular security analysis and recommendations for improving its level of protection.

Among the most notable projects in recent years are the development of the IT infrastructure for the Games of the Future international tournament, the migration of 150,000 workstations used by Tatarstan government officials to the Russian operating system Astra Linux, and the migration of more than 2,300 workstations across 46 executive authorities of the Leningrad Region to domestic software products.
