ICL Services Named to The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100

ICL Services has confirmed its title as one of the best outsourcing companies in the world and has once again been named to The Best of The Global Outsourcing 100 List by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Each year, IAOP prepares a list of industry leaders which includes companies that show consistent growth, high levels of service, and innovative activities. The Evaluation Team also assesses what efforts companies make with regards to corporate social responsibility.

The Best of The Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual list of the world’s best outsourcing service providers, prepared by an independent IAOP panel. Applicants are judged based on a rigorous scoring methodology. The research also heavily relies on an independent expert review by IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organisations.
