IT infrastructure project and application support for the large customer
Project on IT infrastructure and application support for the large customer began in 2009, when the customer decided to optimize the expenses on internal application support and company servers. ICL Services was selected in a competition aimed to find a performer that can guarantee the reduction of TCO (total cost of ownership) for the support of SharePoint-based internal portal, applications related to sales, HR, reporting, as well as IIS and SharePoint hosting servers.
As a matter of course ICL Services experts managed to:
- reduce the service cost by 1.5 times in comparison with the project start period and by 3 times in comparison with the previous service provider;
- provide the customer with clearly specified and documented work processes, fully documented applications and incident and problem knowledge base that can significantly accelerate the solution of problems that have already occurred, thereby optimizing costs.
