ICL Services opens branch in Moscow
This May ICL Services solemnly opened a branch office in Moscow. The opening was attended by the top management ICL Services, namely director Sergei Solovyov, executive director Ruslan Vagizov, Deputy Director for General Management Guzel Krekhova, department heads and all employees of the new office.
The new branch will expand opportunities for cooperating with customers in the Central region of Russia, increase the productive capacity of the company and provide expert service and support for both Russian and foreign customers.
Maintenance service and customer support will be among the main areas to be developed by experts from the Moscow branch.
"Here in the Moscow office we have already allocated the test lab area and the spare parts warehouse, which will increase the rate of response and problem solving by our engineers," says Sergey Solovyov, director of ICL Services. "Comfortable working environment and satisfaction from the effective organization of workstations will have a positive impact on the quality of our service and overall customer experience from cooperating with us."
