ICL Services Hits Top-3 Global Service Desk Providers
The rating is provided by Service Desk Institute (SDI), an influential international organisation.
ICL Services is an IT service provider nominated for the Best Service Desk Provider award. The company was shortlisted by Service Desk Institute (SDI), an authoritative international organisation involved in the IT Service Desk design and control methodology development.
The judges assessed professionalism, innovation, and one-of-a-kind achievements of IT companies in the service and support domain. A special attention was given to the Service Desk experts’ teamwork.
«We participated in the SDI competition before, but never made it to the top until today», says Lenar Rakhmatulllin, Director for IT Infrastructure Services at ICL Services. «This year, we demonstrated a qualitative shift by introducing digital technologies in Service Desk operations. Our team has grown, we acquired some large customers. Probably, the combination of these factors helped us gain such a high rating in the competitive selection. We will be defending our project on 16 November in England and, of course, believe in our victory!»
The winner of the annual IT Service & Support Awards* competition will be announced at the conference in Birmingham on 25–27 March 2019, which will bring together large companies, including from Russia.
