ICL Services won two IT Service & Support Awards
A solemn award ceremony for winners and finalists of the prestigious competition of the international organization SDI (Service Desk Institute) took place in Birmingham on March 26.
ICL Services became a finalist in two categories of the 24th annual IT Service & Support Awards* competition among major companies providing Service Desk services around the world. Judges evaluated professionalism, innovation and excellence of companies in IT service and support. Special attention was given to a teamwork of the Service Desk specialists.
Gulnaz Karimova, representative of ICL Services at the event, noted the excellent organization and pleasant atmosphere of The Conference For Service Desk Leaders**:
«There are many big companies that are ready to share their experience in providing Service Desk services. The Service Desk business leaders were awarded at „The Conference For Service Desk Leaders“ where it was also possible to learn in detail how to improve service through artificial intelligence technologies. One of the sessions was devoted to real cases of international banks and European airports. The speakers also told how to negotiate, increase team productivity and inspire employees. Such event is a great opportunity to get new business contacts and to absorb the knowledge and skills from other people, because here we can see the representatives from all over the world.»
For ICL Services this is not the first time participating in this competition. But Lenar Rakhmatullin, Head of IT infrastructure services at ICL Services, noted that the company «took a qualitative leap in 2018. We introduced the Service Digital Desk technology, our team increased and we got a number of major customers. Probably, the combination of these factors allowed us to come through to the final and to get closer to win in such a prestigious competition».
