ICL Services won two IT Service & Support Awards

Gulnaz Karimova, representative of ICL Services at the event, noted the excellent organization and pleasant atmosphere of The Conference For Service Desk Leaders**:

The Service Desk business leaders were awarded at „The Conference For Service Desk Leaders“ where it was also possible to learn in detail how to improve service through artificial intelligence technologies. For ICL Services this is not the first time participating in this competition. Probably, the combination of these factors allowed us to come through to the final and to get closer to win in such a prestigious competition».
