ICL Services wins IT HR awards
All-Russian IT HR Awards announced winners on February 2. ICL Services won the First Steps nomination with Buddy, a program for beginners.
IT HR Awards contest is focused on making public aware of the best HR practices of Russia's top IT companies. Participants presented their projects in eight nominations (The First Steps, Recruitment Cases, Corporate Event, etc). Projects could include an existing HR program, business case or event.
ICL Services submitted for competition its Buddy program. It is designed for new hires to help them settle into a new job, expand their contacts and professional relations in a company. The jury that consisted of HR experts and directors at Russia's top companies gave high marks to the program and made ICL Services the winner in the First Steps nomination.
"We are happy to win the First IT HR Award. We will further seek to comply with the highest HR standards and maintain comfortable workspace for our employees," said Yulia Galieva, senior HR manager at ICL Services.
