ICL Services Recognized Among the Russian BPMS Solutions Market Leaders

At the end of 2019, CNews Analytics prepared a report on conditions of the Russian market of BPMS solutions that allow to improve the company’s performance by optimizing and controlling business processes. ICL Services entered the top ten of market participants and became the fourth major BPMS integrator in terms of revenue.

The rating of Russian BPMS Market participants according to CNews has been recently published. At the end of last year, the market showed steady growth: the overall revenue of ten key players in the Russian market increased by 20.5% compared to 2018.

ICL Services improved its market position and entered the TOP-10 of major players in the BPMS Solutions Market and the TOP-4 of major BPMS integrators. The company’s revenue from the sale of BPMS solutions grew by 9%. The company features the implementation of integrated projects for the automation of business processes, which significantly exceed the budget of projects of other companies. This is due to the fact that the company’s customers are major Russian and foreign companies that have large business capacities at their disposal and need automation.
