Our client has needed a solution to increase sales and improve customer service in the large retail chains in France and Belgium. EuroSTORE system has been chosen as the advanced retail solution that satisfies the business needs among other new and efficient solutions for retail business.

Key Challenges

  • Adaptation of the system for specific country market in France and Belgium, implementation legal requirements for the French and Belgian retail business in EuroSTORE
  • Integration with the new payment systems for bank cards and bank cheques processing
  • Development of new customer requirements for EuroSTORE
  • 3rd and 4th lines of EuroSTORE engineering support, including incident management, change management, release management and service requests fulfillment
Implemented our solution

  1. The first product version of EuroSTORE for the Belgian retail chain had been introduced in 2011. Now the solution comprises of POS (Point of Sale) application installed on tills and StoreCENTER back-office server application that used for stores management, cash management and reporting.
  2. In 2014 we started the implementation of EuroSTORE solution in French stores.
  3. During the long-term cooperation with our customer we formed the professional and skilled EuroSTORE team of developers and testers.

Results

  • Special self-checkout kiosks installed with EuroSTORE successfully work in the stores
  • The piloting phase in the French stores will be continued till the end of 2014 year
