Why has the ICL Services website become more user friendly?
Firstly, the ICL Services website has become bilingual to the delight and comfort of our foreign colleagues (not more than 11% of visitors), who are preferably from Germany, the USA and the UK. Hopefully, now their number will only increase. All content that is already available and will appear at the portal will be translated in English. Click on the appropriate symbols in the top right corner of the page to change language.
Secondly, we have created an excellent Service Assistant that will be your benchmark in the world of IT infrastructure and complex variety of outsourcing services and solutions. For example, if you need your computers to operate properly and uninterruptedly, select the «Computer» icon. One click, and the system itself will choose which services can be useful for you:
- Equipment repair services
- Workstation support
- User device management
- Migration of operating systems
- Migration of applications and databases.
Processes and Consulting layouts in the Service Assistant are also clickable. For those who are used to the classic list of services, such layout was also kept.
In general, we continue to improve the website and make it more user friendly, and you specifically help us with this. If you have interesting ideas and suggestions — send them us, we are ready to consider every proposal.
