RASSTAL Corporation is a dynamically developing major producer of a wide variety of steel and aluminum goods based in Naberezhnye Chelny, Russian Federation. The products of the company are successfully sold on the domestic market as well as overseas. RASSTAL offers a wide range of engineering services, currently employing about 900 employees.
Cooperation with the customer began with the deployment of the ERP system. It was decided by RASSTAL management that ICL would be responsible for the further system upgrade and support. Key Challenges

- ICL granted a full range of services in supporting of previously implemented solution. Furthermore, work on the migration from DAX 3.0 to DAX 2009 was completed within the framework agreements.

Results
- While providing migration support on Microsoft Dynamics by ICL, Dynamics AX Migration project was successfully completed and delivered within the set timeframe. Currently system support and customisation are implemented by only one RASSTAL engineer.
