- ICL Services developed an action plan to optimise the costs for the fleet of PCs, networking, copier and other peripheral equipment, as well as electrical equipment to ensure the smooth operation of offices.
The action plan implied centralisation of maintenance and extension of equipment service life by performing non-warranty repairs in ICL Services service centers.
ICL Services provided the Customer with a dedicated one-stop-shop service with round-the-clock registration of service requests, timing control and tracking the stages of repairs.
Diagnostics and preventive maintenance are carried out on the Customer's premises, and complex block and component repairs are carried out in the service centres of ICL Services with the issuance of technical conclusions.
