Solutions for separate tasks were not connected between each other and did not account for all planning aspects. Usage of several self-recording systems reduced interaction efficiency between different departments of the plant.
Increasing planning volumes led to growth of excess inventory, lack of component parts and downtime of production capacity.In order to ensure effective production planning based on stock balance, time of production and other metrics ICL Services implemented an ERP-system on the plant.
It helped create a unified information base and a system for manufacturing activity planning.

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 was chosen for implementation of ERP-system. According to the customer’s requirements more than 200 modifications were executed in a pre-configured solution for machine engineering industry.
The system was integrated into the following business processes:
- Pre-production, preparation of reference data, management of technological design information
- Operational production accounting
- Order management and finished products shipment
- Stock management, inventory accounting
- Maintenance and repair

- ERP-system is now on test production: ICL Services adjusts instructions, collects and revises notes, consults the users
- A unified information base will allow the customer to get real-time information about stock balance, track execution of production orders, analyze reasons of delays and create operational documents and reports from the system, not manually
