Managed Services 2014 takes place in Moscow

V International Conference "Managed Services 2014" takes place in Moscow today, on October 30. This site has become a traditional meeting place for representatives of the largest Russian and foreign communications providers, equipment suppliers, investment companies and government authorities. ICL Services was presented at the conference by the executive director Ruslan Vagizov and senior sales and marketing manager Ruslan Husnulin.

Our colleagues have told the participants about the international experience of ICL Services in the field of professional IT outsourcing and told about foreign practices that can be successfully applied in Russia. Ruslan Vagizov has drawn particular attention of the colleagues to the four main components of best practices – transfer of IT services, service management, transformation and innovations.

With the professional approach of an outsourcing company these components will form the basis of qualitative growth of any Russian company. Representatives of more than 70 companies from around the world attended "Managed Services" this year. ICL Services experts managed to meet personally with some of them and outline the prospects for further cooperation.
