ISO 9001 and ISO 20000-1 compliance audit results

ICL Services successfully passed an independent audit of the quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001 and the IT service management system for compliance with ISO 20000-1.

Auditors of the Russian Register expressed their positive opinion on the results of the audit held on October 20-23. They pointed out the maturity of our company, our unique practices and attitude to customers. Now we are waiting for the new compliance certificates. Then we will become one of 40 companies with ISO 20000-1 certificate in Russia. It will be our another competitive advantage.
