IN 2020, ICL Services demonstrated growth in the market of IT services

The results of the IT market in 2020, according to the analytical agency CNews, are ambiguous. Despite the fact that analysts predict a fall in the Russian market of IT services, market participants, on the contrary, are more optimistic and talk about maintaining, and in some cases even increasing demand. According to the latter, the pandemic «restructured» the market: some capital-intensive projects were postponed or frozen, but against their background there was a noticeable increase in the number of projects with a short-term effect.

According to Sergey Solovyov, Director of ICL Services, the pandemic and lockdown have demonstrated the importance and significance of IT and digital transformation. «They allow the business to be resilient in harsh conditions. Therefore, our industry will continue to support our corporate customers, providing favorable IT conditions for their growth and development,» the top manager provided his forecast.
