ICL To Present Its Colibri-APM Solution At TAdviser Summit 2022

That product was originally developed as an internal service tool to improve the quality of services provided to clients and reduce labor costs, but was later redesigned as the first tool on the Russian market for the integrated management of workstations, capable of competing with foreign solutions.

The key functionalities of the solution are infrastructure inventory, software and OS lifecycle management in the infrastructure, automated testing of client software, automation of service requests processing, integration with Russian ITSM-systems and much more.

"The year 2022 brought many new challenges to Russian enterprises, one of which was the need for high-quality management of operating systems and software on workstations running Windows and Linux operating systems, including Russian distributions," highlights Dmitry Ignatiev, Head of Workstation Infrastructure at ICL Group.
