ICL SERVICES EXPANDS TO THE FAR EAST
ICL Services, a Russian IT service provider, is expanding to the IT market of the Far East with the assistance of the Investment and Export Agency (Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation Far East Investment and Export Agency). The companies will sign a cooperation agreement.
ICL Services is currently planning a number of IT projects, including those for large international companies in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
This autumn, ICL Services will open a new office in Vladivostok and start organising a subsidiary in the Free port of Vladivostok (special economic zone), intended for working with Japan, Singapore and Southeast Asia.
’The Far Eastern IT market is constantly developing, and one of our strategic goals today is to become a reliable supplier in this region’, says Sergey Solovyov, Director of ICL Services. ’The countries of the Asia-Pacific region have consistently shown high economic growth rates, and our specialists are prepared to offer them a wide range of IT services 24/7, including in Japanese. I also believe that creating a growing point for IT services provides amazing opportunities for local young specialists with IT expertise and knowledge of English and/or Japanese to develop professionally and build successful careers in a large company, working on international projects’.
’Our agency is willing to support the company in establishing a subsidiary in the Far East for offering export services and to assist with the necessary documentation for obtaining a resident status in the Free Port of Vladivostok. Our experts will be conducting their research to help the company determine the most promising fields for launching its IT projects, they will also offer assistance with attracting investment’, said Leonid Petukhov, CEO of the Investment and Export Agency.
