ICL Services Entered Top100 Best Outsourcing Companies
ICL Services is one of the largest providers of IT support services in Russia. For the third year in a row, the Company is included in the Global Outsourcing 100 rating by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
When compiling the list of the best outsourcing vendors for 2017, the following basic quantitative and qualitative indicators were taken into account: company size and growth rate, quality of services, availability of innovation programs, and corporate social responsibility strategy. The full list of rating participants was published in early June on the IAOP website.
This year, ICL Services managed to strengthen its position and get a new star in the "Awards and Certifications" category. Also, the independent panel of judges awarded the Company the highest score in three other categories: "Customer References," "Programs for Innovation," and "Corporate Social Responsibility." Thus, ICL Services became one of the 33 companies having more than 4 stars.
Sergey Solovyov, director of ICL Services, commented another victory of the Company: "We are again among the world's outsourcing leaders. It is a matter of great pride and joy for us. We always do our best to improve the quality of services, and this year we exceeded our previous year's results and got a new star for awards and certificates.
