ICL services among Russia's best employers once again

The results of the annual ranking for 2021 were shared by hh.ru, Russia’s largest online recruiting platform. Companies were evaluated by three criteria: the willingness of employees to recommend the company as an employer (40% of the total score), the willingness of job seekers surveyed on hh.ru to work for the company (40% of the total score), and expert evaluation of the company’s HR specialists (20% of the total score). The study involved 1,900 companies and 70,000 job seekers. In 2021, 783 companies made it to the finals, 1.5 times more than in 2020.
