Delegation of Fujitsu got acquainted with “new town” of Russia
This week the delegation of our strategic partner Fujitsu visited the ICL Services office. The visit of Jack Noble, senior vice president of Fujitsu Global Delivery, and Brian Murphy, senior vice president and head of global delivery center of Fujitsu, included a trip to the SEZ «Innopolis».
This year, on June 9 Innopolis was officially opened — this is a new town in Russia, whose economy is based on high-tech industries. An excursion was organized to get the guests acquainted with the wide possibilities of the innovation center. The Fujitsu representatives were accompanied by the first deputy minister of information and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Bagrov, CEO of the ICL group Victor Diachkov and the management of the ICL Services represented by director Sergei Solovyov and executive director Ruslan Vagizov.
The delegation got acquainted with the Innopolis infrastructure, visited administrative and business center named after A.S. Popov, wh ere guests saw a presentation of the SEZ «Innopolis». The delegation also visited the first Russian University, whose specializations are education and research in the field of modern information technologies, and residential unit and sports complex of the University.
