ASTRA Association will hold the Moscow outsourcing week 2015 in early July

From 6 to 10 July the Association of strategic outsourcing ASTRA, supported by ICL Services and the international law firm White&Case, will hold the Moscow Outsourcing Week 2015.

It will include unique professional events:

1. IAOP COP certification course (3 days);
2. Outsourcing Governance seminar (1 day);
3. Workshop of the international outsourcing expert Jagdish R. Dalal (USA).

Jag Dalal will also act as a trainer of COP course. This expert is founder and president of the consulting company JDalal Associates, an authorized IAOP trainer, co-author of a body of knowledge and best outsourcing practices of OPBoK.

The main objective of the event is to help increase the number of Russian service managers with international professional certificates, as well as to attract the attention of experts and serivce customers to the most critical components of successful outsourcing relationships and best practices in this area — Outsourcing Governance and Customer Experience.
