Since January 2023, due to challenges in supporting international business operations in the country, the Russian division has been operating as a separate legal entity.

The ICL Services team collaborated with the customer's business team to develop a solution comprising a customized Yandex Tracker and a standalone web application. The project kicked off in February 2024 and was completed in just two months.
All work progressed in phases. Initially, experts from ICL Services collected the customer's requirements and summarized them as terms of reference.
Next, ICL Services:
— developed functionality for initializing project tracking with templates,
— created custom web forms that would be filled with data from a PostgreSQL database,
— integrated the custom web forms with the tracker.
The customer now feels reassured that Yandex Tracker is suitable for managing the company's project activities, and is planning to expand the application via:
— automating additional company business processes,
— integrating with 1C.
