Rocada Med operates in more than 18 cities, with its headquarters in Kazan. The company is actively adopting digital technologies to deliver high-quality customer service and improve the efficiency of its internal business processes.The customer was facing instability in both its wired and wireless internal networks. Specifically, there were recurring significant delays when accessing internal resources—issues that could only be resolved by rebooting equipment. Communication between the warehouse and headquarters was also frequently disrupted.

The ICL Services team began by performing a comprehensive audit of the local and wireless networks. We analyzed all key parameters, including:
— Network equipment configuration, routing, and structure
— Optimal use of VLANs for network segmentation
— Network security
— Equipment and route redundancy
— Server and workstation connection schemes
— Remote user access via VPN
To evaluate the wireless network, the team conducted a radio survey of the premises using specialized measurement tools, including a network spectrum analyzer. We also created a heat map of the coverage area, identifying “gray zones” with weak signal strength.
The survey revealed several issues: incorrect access point placement, an insufficient number of access points, use of insecure protocols, and lack of traffic segmentation.
Based on the audit results, the team prepared a detailed report with technical diagrams and recommendations for modernization, including:
