The client faced ineffective automation of risk and incident management processes in an outdated employee workstation management system. The system did not support some of the required functionality, and it was impossible to upgrade it.
As a result, due to the lack of integrations, some tasks within the processes were performed manually, and there was no single place to store information on business process instances.
This led to a number of problems:
— delays in responding to threats and opportunities,
— data errors due to manual entry,
— additional costs due to employees re-entering information into multiple systems,
— lack of a unified picture: the inability to obtain consolidated reporting and analytics,
— control difficulties: processes were opaque and poorly managed.
The company decided to optimize the process and turned to an integrator for expertise.

- Develop the technical specifications in GOST 34 format
To address the client's needs, it was decided to create a comprehensive technical specification that fully complies with the GOST 34 standard, which regulates the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems and software.
Upon finalization of the technical specifications, the company received a comprehensive, formalized, and agreed-upon document that:
— serves as a reliable basis for conducting a tender or commencing work with a contractor,
— contains a detailed description of the functionality, including functional and non-functional requirements, system interface mockups, business process diagrams, a data model, and a description of the system's technical architecture,
— minimizes the risk of misunderstandings between the client and the contractor at all stages of the project,
— provides a comprehensive, practical guide for the project team throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation stages.
