The lack of qualified technical support stuff with skills and abilities who could support the system and provide proper training to personnel and limited resources for enhancing and maintaining Dynamics AX 4.0 were the major challenges in the project. The products of the plant: vehicles, equipment, different devices and tools.

Implemented our solution
- ICL granted a full range of services in supporting of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
ICL engineers implemented the following enhancements of the solution:
- added new and modified existing forms to provide a better experience of using the system;
- developed and re-designed reports to meet regulatory compliance and standards;
- developed an enhancement of “Materials consumption rates”;
- implemented an advanced solution for scanning of the container places.

Results
- Withing a first year of providing ICT services, ICL Services experts customised Microsoft Dynamics AX solution and provided a wide range of ICT support services. The implemented solution is functioning properly without any issues. No downtimes have been recorded. An ongoing support is being done by internal Dynamics AX support team after receiving a training provided by ICL Services.
