The project's client is the Innopolis SEZ, a special economic zone and an important part of the Innopolis ecosystem. It creates conditions for the implementation of projects in IT, electronics, medical, nanotechnology, and biotechnology. Currently, over 100 companies have resident status, and over 20 companies are partners of the Innopolis SEZ.

Solution Selection
At the project's launch, ICL Services presented the client with the capabilities of the Yandex 360 for Business ecosystem, which met all the needs of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone.
Yandex 360 for Business is a unified cloud-based digital space for business communications, including corporate email, cloud storage, calendaring, collaboration tools, and the Yandex Telemost video conferencing service. It is a comprehensive SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that does not require the deployment of its own infrastructure or additional costs.
It was particularly important that the ecosystem addressed several business aspects simultaneously, including information security, access rights management, data hosting models, and scalability.
Implementation
Once the positive decision on integration was made, the installation and technical implementation of the solution were handled by the client's IT team, while ICL Services specialists provided consulting support. Specifically, the team:
