The customer was unable to change the infrastructure architecture. At the same time:
- the current load had increased;
- the number of users had increased;
- the number of supported infrastructure elements (sites) had increased.

Implemented our solution
We created High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) of the customer’s future IT architecture in accordance with the business development plan. When designing:
- features of the customer’s business processes, growth forecast and load periodicity were taken into account;
- a modern system of requests balancing was developed taking into account the requirements for performance and security;
- server virtualization and horizontal scalability of IT infrastructure have been developed;
- only open source solutions were used upon the customer’s request.
