The headquarters decided to split the infrastructure and localize the Russian division, replacing the information security services provided centrally by the head office.
The client also faced the need to strengthen control over corporate iOS devices, ensure data protection, and manage employee mobile devices in an environment with limited access to global services, including Apple Business Manager. The project began with an analysis of the client's current infrastructure and mobile security solutions.
ICL Services specialists audited security policies and existing tools to determine the optimal path for migrating to Kaspersky Security Mobile Management. A Linux server was deployed, firewall rules were configured, and integration with Apple Push Notification was implemented to deliver policies to iOS devices.
Experts paid special attention to the mixed device fleet: corporate and personal. To bypass App Store restrictions in Russia, they launched a process whereby employees independently installed and registered devices in the Kaspersky system.
At the same time, the RedCheck solution was implemented: agents were installed on workstations and servers, and a group policy was created for their automatic distribution. This enabled the client to independently detect and remediate vulnerabilities.
In the final stage, specialists ensured the transmission of security events to the ICL Services SOC core. As a result, the company received a unified secure environment for device management, cyberthreat monitoring, and vulnerability analysis.
