Key Challenges
- To create an effective and modern tool that ensures automation of work with subscribers, increases profitability, and is easily supported and modified in the event of changes in the regulatory framework.
- Improve the quality of accruals.
- Increase the collection of payments from the population for services rendered and the productivity of personnel.
- Reduce the volume of labor-intensive routine operations associated with the input and processing of information.
At the customer's request, the ICL Group team adapted the hardware and software complex "Russian Billing" to organize settlements with subscribers for electricity.
The following tasks were solved:
— maintaining subscriber personal accounts,
— calculating electricity consumption for common household needs,
— calculating amounts to be paid (tariffing) taking into account benefits and differentiated pricing,
— registering technical work on requests,
— issuing notices and receipts for payment of services,
— accounting for receipts for payment of services,
— registering customer requests,
— maintaining claims and litigation work,
— integration with an automated accounting system based on 1C,
— uploading and downloading subscriber data.
Automatic import/export of data on subscriber payment receipts, interaction with social security agencies and data upload to the State Information System of Housing and Public Utilities were also separately implemented.
The complex was implemented without losing history (inherited data was converted), regional features of legislative and regulatory acts were taken into account.
For organizations that have signed a technical support agreement, the ICL team regularly provides free updates of calculation algorithms in the event of changes in legislation in the field of accruals.
