The system covers the entire cycle of interaction with subscribers: from maintaining personal accounts and recording the performance of technical maintenance to automatic accrual of amounts to be paid, taking into account benefits and differentiated tariff regulation.
The complex also implements registration of applications, accounting of appeals, preparation of notifications and receipts, tracking of payments and organization of claims and litigation work.
Special attention was paid to data migration: when switching to a new software complex, all historical information is saved - for this, a proven method of initial conversion is used.
