Master class of Jag Dalal took place in Moscow

Open master class of international expert in outsourcing of corporate services Jag Dalal, USA, was successfully held on July 10 in Moscow. The event was attended by 25 top managers from big Russian companies of various business sectors. Among them are Sanofi, Home Credit Bank, Russian Railways, Sberbank, Kazanorgsintez, Renaissance Capital, Nordea Bank, and others.

Jag Dalal was the master of the master class. An international expert in global industry of service outsourcing, founder and president of the consulting company JDalal Associates, author of the Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBoK), author of the course of study IAOP COP (Certified Outsourcing Professional), he told the audience about the best practices for the integration of outsourcing system into the company’s strategy, gave time tested recommendations for a practical basis of business decision-making in the field of outsourcing, and also shared his extensive experience and answered numerous questions fr om the audience.

The master-class ended with an interactive round table and open discussion wh ere all the participants and experts were able to exchange their practical experience in implementation and utilization of the outsourcing and CSS tools in Russia. Alexey Yevtushenko, CIO of Home Credit Bank, said that the workshop was interesting and useful, and Jag Dalal touched upon the questions, answers to which were hard to find in everyday practice.
