ICL Services unveils unique drone delivery system at Archipelago 2025
From August 7 to 17, the product and service company ICL Services is taking part in the project and educational intensive course "Archipelago-2025". This event is part of the large-scale International Forum "Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future", where key achievements of the Russian industry of unmanned and robotic systems are presented, and the launch of new markets and strategic initiatives are discussed.
ICL Services presented a digital platform for the delivery of goods by drones "BAS.Logistics", which has no analogues in Russia. The technology ensures the rapid creation of a scalable ecosystem, integrating drones, drone ports, suppliers, clients, maintenance services and the entire necessary transport network into a single mechanism. Companies will be able to connect to the system via API, select a suitable drone, delivery location and make the delivery.
"The platform simplifies entry into unmanned logistics for marketplaces, delivery services and retail. They will not have to deal with creating infrastructure or integrating with dozens of vendors. There is no need to coordinate airspace corridors for flights - our system takes care of all of this. This significantly speeds up the delivery of goods, reduces the time and cost of launching drone routes, and reduces the burden on out-of-town logistics," said Evgeny Mamaev, head of the BAS.Logistics project.
During Archipelago-2025, ICL Services also entered into three partnership agreements with IT companies to improve and further launch the BAS.Logistics platform:
- Agreements with the Laboratory of the Future will provide access to modern and proven unmanned technologies for the implementation of drone sharing projects.
- Partnership with IMMERS will provide navigation, safe and scalable airspace in any region where drone cargo delivery is planned to develop.
- Joint work with Rusdronoport will create a unique drone sharing ecosystem in Russia, combining advanced production and a convenient rental service.
Information about the BAS.Logistics project is available to participants and visitors of Archipelago-2025 and is presented in the section Acceleration of companies in the promising NTI portfolio.
