ICL Services to showcase its cloud migration strategy at TAdviser conference

At the event, ICL Services expert and system architect Natalia Efimtseva will discuss how to organize the migration of the existing local infrastructure from VMware to the Russian Yandex Cloud platform and will share several successful case studies.

"The need to replace VMware solutions is a pressing one for many companies. We propose zVirt and KIBER Infrastructure as alternative virtualization systems to our clients. However, there's another strategy — migrating to a cloud solution," notes ICL Services system architect Natalia Efimtseva. "In my presentation, I'll explain how to transfer virtual machines from the VMware platform to Russian solutions, and how to choose the most suitable virtual machine backup solutions for enhancing the security of your IT infrastructure."

The conference will also feature an ICL Services booth where attendees can get acquainted with the Russian workplace management system, Kolibri-UEM. This solution, listed in the Russian software register, is designed for managing workstations in heterogeneous infrastructures that utilize devices running on Windows and Linux operating systems.
