ICL Services to Present Next-Generation Gas Station Management System at the “Zapravka 4.0” Forum
On June 4, the service and product company ICL Services will take part in the All-Russian Gas Station Forum "Zapravka 4.0", where it will present the capabilities of the digital solution "ICL.Retail" for gas stations. The forum will be a key event for fuel market professionals, bringing together industry leaders, business representatives and experts.
The ICL.Retail software, which will be presented in the exhibition area, is aimed at automating petrol stations at a new level. It transforms petrol stations into full-fledged frontcourts, where in addition to various types of fuel, customers can also buy food, drinks, essential goods and related services.
The petrol station management system ensures control over fuel sales, automation of the cash register and self-service areas, and allows for the efficient management of inventory, sales and customer behaviour. The intuitive and user-friendly ICL.Retail interface helps to increase the speed of customer service and quickly train employees.
The modular structure of the solution allows for the optimal distribution of sales between the cash register and self-service areas, which in turn increases both the speed of service and the level of customer satisfaction. The architecture of this solution does not require servers at the petrol station, while the cash registers can effectively function offline.
ICL.Retail, based on microservices, allows for inexpensive and quick expansion of the system's functionality, which helps to minimize the time for implementing changes necessary for the business.
