ICL Services to present digital solutions for retail at TAdviser Summit

The company will participate in TAdviser SummIT on November 27. The company’s experts will present the ICL.Retail cash register software for retail and service sectors. The ICL.Retail ecosystem is an extensive suite of IT solutions for stores, gas station chains, and fast food restaurants that has been under development at ICL Services since 2022. Today, the solution has been installed more than 4,500 times across Russia.

At the upcoming summit, the company will demonstrate an integrated cash register solution for retail and cafes, intelligent video analytics for self-service checkouts (SSCs), and the Pro.GenII GPT-based bot for user and customer support.

ICL.Retail cash register software provides comprehensive automation for the checkout area and streamlines the management of goods, sales, and customer behavior. The software package includes ICL.Server— a tool for managing retail store networks across large territories, ICL.POS—a solution for trade automation, and ICL.ONLINE—an online cash register and service for working with e-shops and marketplaces. We also offer the ICL.HoReCa module for order and kitchen management in restaurants and cafes; ICL.Fuel for fuel sales, tank operations, and gasoline dispensing; and ICL.Fashion for clothing stores. 

Additionally, the solution suite includes the ICL.API information interaction system, the ICL.ERP application for warehouse accounting and price list creation, ICL.Analyst for generating reports, and the ICL.Loyalty system for building loyalty programs with support for discounts, purchase history, and partner integrations.

AISee‘s video analytics platform is a system that monitors customer actions in the self-service checkout area and automatically detects violations such as unscanned items, swapping bar codes between expensive and cheap products, and unpaid purchases. It helps significantly reduce losses from shoplifting and errors at self-service checkouts, making security operations four times more efficient.

PRO.GenII is a GPT bot for user and customer support. The AI instantly processes any question and compiles comprehensive answers from the corporate knowledge base and files. This increases request response speed by up to 80% and reduces the workload on support staff by approximately 50%. The bot handles a wide range of issues: from finding products with similar names to providing step-by-step “how-to” instructions. Should a question exceed the AI’s capabilities, the system locates a human operator who can provide assistance.
