ICL Services to discuss the IT modernization of Tatarstan's state institutions

The CNews conference "Digitalization in the Public Sector 2024," focusing on key aspects of technological modernization of public services, will take place in Moscow on April 9. As the event's main partner, the Russian system integrator ICL Services (a part of ICL Group) will share its experience in executing a leading-edge project to transition Tatarstan's government agencies to the domestic operating system, Astra Linux.

Leveraging its extensive experience in delivering IT services to clients, ICL Services emerged as a trailblazer in implementing the government's strategy for technological modernization and digital transformation of the region in 2023. Ruslan Vagizov, Director of ICL Services and a speaker at the conference, will discuss how the company is executing a plan to transition the republic's authorities to a Russian-made OS, in line with the President of the Russian Federation's Decree No. 166 "On Measures to Ensure Technological Independence and Security of the Critical Information Infrastructure Of The Russian Federation," to uphold Tatarstan's digital sovereignty.

During the event, participants will also have the opportunity to explore ICL Services solutions, such as the Colibri-ARM product, at the technology achievements exhibition. It operates the workplace infrastructure based on a one-stop-shop principle and ensures a user-friendly migration process.
