ICL Services Ranks Among HH.ru 2025 Top Employers

Competition for spots in the Employer Ranking intensifies every year. In 2025, almost 1,800 companies from 41 industries nationwide took part in the ranking, and finalists garnered 692,000 votes from job seekers. The leading sectors this year, which account for 23% of ranking participants, are IT, wholesale, distribution, and non-food retail.

Directly comparing positions from year to year is a challenging task, as the number of participating companies and finalists changes annually. A more meaningful comparison is not the exact ranking, but a company's relative position within it. For instance, in 2024, ICL Services ranked 152nd among 395 finalists in its category, while in 2025 it strengthened its position, finishing 164th out of 597 participating companies.

"Being included in the HeadHunter Employer Ranking is important for us as an external marker of candidates' and the market's trust in our culture, management, and working conditions. This directly affects candidate quality, hiring timelines, and recruitment costs, and, consequently, the sustainability of the business. We thank everyone for their participation – without your feedback and engagement, this result would not have been possible. This year, we improved our performance and entered the top 200, placing in the top 28% of employers, compared to the top 40% last year. This marks significant progress and provides a solid base for further growth in 2026," said Kamila Kamaldinova, Head of Human Resources at ICL Services.
