ICL Services Presents The Miras Platform At The Archives-2026 Forum
On May 21-22, Moscow hosted the nationwide professional forum Archives and Technology: Development Prospects and Growth Opportunities, bringing together leading archive professionals, records and archives managers, and industry experts. The forum placed a strong focus on the digitalization of archive management and the transition from foreign to domestic IT solutions for working with archival records.
At the forum's exhibition area, ICL Services experts presented MIRAS, a platform for managing government and corporate archives. The platform enables the collection, organization, and preservation of paper records and electronic data from multiple sources while maintaining their legal validity. It also supports archival holdings management, the maintenance of auxiliary catalogs, and both metadata-based and full-text search.
The MIRAS platform is built on freely distributed software and is registered in the Unified Software Registry (Registry Entry No. 26383 dated February 12, 2025). The platform is built on a modular architecture, enabling the integration of additional subsystems as the range of processed information expands.
"Our participation in the forum marked an important strategic step in showcasing the company's expertise in archival technologies and strengthening business relationships with the professional community," said Anton Bashkirev, Deputy CEO of ICL Services. "We showcased a product that already enables government and businesses to manage their heritage using tomorrow's technologies today."
