ICL Services and Iskra Technologies, a Russian equipment designer and manufacturer, joined an exhibition held in St. Petersburg as part of Emergency Healthcare 2025, the 24th All-Russian Congress with international participation.
The ICL/Iskra collab booth featured the Ambulance ACS solution, offering a look inside the regional ambulance management system.
The solution provides information support for emergency stations and units of any scale, disaster medicine centers, and air ambulance services. The Ambulance ACS makes it possible to create a unified dispatching center and a regional emergency healthcare management system, and also supports interaction with adjacent systems (112, MIS, TFOMS, contact center, cardiac server, etc.). Mobile workstations for ambulance crews can communicate with them, track their location, and promptly exchange service information.
The telecommunication platform of the emergency healthcare management system is built on Iskra Technologies' proprietary SI3000 equipment and is designed to receive and process voice calls and support ambulance crews with audio and video transmissions via wireless networks. The platform is deeply integrated with the Ambulance ACS and allows dispatchers to manage calls and access call recordings from their workstations. Integrations with System-112 have also been implemented, making it possible to synchronize the System-112 operators' voice calls and associated records.
The software products and solutions presented at the booth meet the Russian Ministry of Health requirements and are included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computing Machines and Databases. The SI3000 equipment is included in the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products.
Emergency Healthcare 2025 Congress is supported by the Russian Ministry of Health. It was attended by more than 1500 industry experts, including researchers, educators, doctors, and mid-level medical staff from Russia and other countries within and outside the former Soviet Union.
