ICL Services Expands Its Portfolio Of Services And Products

ICL Services is one of the first companies to introduce international outsourcing standards to the Russian IT market. For over 20 years, the company’s experts have been offering a wide range of products and services: from audit, business consulting, and design to full integration with customers’ information systems, equipment supply, implementation projects, and 24/7 support.

This year, the list of IT services and products offered by ICL Services has expanded. The company has strengthened its position in IT for healthcare by offering a solution for regional ambulance service management called Ambulance ACS, in the utilities sector with Russian Billing for automating payments for utilities, gas, and energy services, and in office workflow digitization with solutions for automating current business tasks and document management. All the products offered are included in the register of domestic software.

For many years, ICL Services experts have been providing on-site local technical support in various regions of Russia. The Snaryad platform helps them perform their work with high quality and efficiency. Now this platform is available to the broader market under the SNRD commercial brand. The SNRD platform is a specialized AI-based IT solution for asset, service, and mobile workforce management. The product is suitable even for servicing infrastructure assets that are difficult to access, thanks to its voice data input module. The solution is also included in the Russian software registry.  

The social line of ICL Services has been expanded with the Safe School hardware and software system. It consists of video cameras, network and server equipment with an intelligent AI-based video analytics system to analyze video streams in real time. The system installed in schools detects potential alarm signals: it reacts to weapons use, help signals (raised hands), children falling unconscious, fights and aggressive behavior, and unauthorized entry into restricted areas with an automatic notification to security or relevant authorities. The system’s special feature is its ability to work flawlessly with children’s skeletal structures. Biometric data can be uploaded to the system, allowing children to pay for cafeteria meals without using bank cards and access other benefits.
