ICL Services CEO Nominated for Russia's Top 100 IT Leaders Ranking

This year marks a milestone for ICL Services as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary. Ildar Khusnutdinov is among the few who have been with the company from the very beginning, progressing from team lead to CEO. During this time, the company significantly increased its revenue, expanded its service portfolio, and strengthened its position on the Russian and international markets.

Among the major projects delivered under Ildar's leadership is the launch of two key IT products: Colibri-ARM, one of Russia's leading IT infrastructure management solutions, and ICL.Retail, a comprehensive point-of-sale software platform for automating retail and service operations. Both solutions have already been successfully implemented in complex projects for ICL Services' large enterprise clients.

An open voting process for candidates is currently underway on the Global CIO portal. Only registered users with IT Manager status are eligible to participate. The voting will close on May 3, 2026, and the results will be announced at a special ceremony in Moscow.
