ICL Services and SimpleOne develop import substitution of itsm systems in Russia

"In the current situation, the Russian market's key task is to substitute the imported systems made by vendors that left the country," comments Ksenia Zamyatina, Senior Project Manager in Service Maintenance and Technical Support at ICL Services. "Here, we are seeing the following priorities: high implementation speed, reduction of support costs, and, at the same, time tangible positive changes for both the customer and the users".

Over just the past few months, we have worked together with ICL Services on several interesting projects," adds Alexey Kulik, Head of the Department for Work with Key Partners at SimpleOne.

The event was part of a collaborative project on software import substitution, launched by the companies in 2022. To date, ICL Services is SimpleOne's only certified partner in Tatarstan, allowing it to implement and support the company's ITSM solutions when working with its customers.
