ICL Services and Lasmera Sign a Cooperation Agreement

Lasmera, part of IT Expert Group and a leading player in Russia's IT management and digital transformation consulting market, has formed a partnership with ICL Services, one of the country's largest product and service providers, via a cooperation agreement. The companies are joining forces to enhance the implementation of IT service and infrastructure management projects.

Lasmera is developing the ITSM box solution, which automates operational and tactical IT service management processes. Meanwhile, ICL Services is creating and implementing Colibri-UEM, a domestic counterpart of Microsoft SCCM/MECM, designed to manage workstations and servers running Windows and Linux operating systems, including the Russian alternatives to Windows.

The synergy from integrating ITSM box and Colibri-UEM will expand ITSM box's capabilities and boost IT service efficiency. Specifically, this integration will improve IT asset and inventory management, reduce labor costs for routine tasks through automated inventory and software/OS management, and decrease service request fulfillment time. Furthermore, users will gain access to up-to-date, promptly delivered analytics and reports.

As part of their partnership, the companies are planning joint projects where ITSM box will be delopyed on the BPMSoft and Colibri-UEM platform.
