ICL Services and Elma Enter a Strategic Partnership in Business Process Automation
ICL Services has over 18 years of experience in IT consulting, developing and implementing business digitalization and process automation projects, and providing such projects with ongoing technical support. Thanks to the diverse system solutions offered by ELMA365, ICL Services has expanded its solution portfolio with new ITSM, BPM, and CRM tools. Together, the companies will address all client business needs, including import substitution in IT service management, document workflow, customer service, procurement process management, and many other areas.
